How much is a long-term rental in Funchal?
Bond's furnished apartments in central Funchal rent from €1,100 a month. Hub and Haven are €1,150 and Skyline is €1,350. Internet, electricity, water and gas are included.
What is the minimum lease?
4 months. You can choose 4, 6, 9 or 12+ months when you apply.
What do I pay before moving in?
A deposit of one month's rent and your first month's rent. After that, rent is paid monthly.
Are pets allowed on long-term rentals?
Yes. Pets are welcome in all our monthly homes; tell us about your pet when you apply.
Can I view the apartment first?
Yes, in person in Funchal or by video call if you are still abroad.
