"I spent a month here. Steve was always in touch and resolved anything quickly. The apartment is spacious for two, quiet with windows over the courtyard, a comfortable bed and good linen. Worth knowing: no air conditioning or heating in this one yet, and no in-apartment washing machine. It sits in the very centre next to a supermarket and restaurants. I had a great rest, thank you for the hospitality."

Internet faster than anything I have ever seen, 360 degree views from your own rooftop, a perfectly stocked kitchen, blackout curtains, weekly cleaning and laundry. The location could not possibly be better: my favourite bar is across the street and the grocery store is a block away. Just book, it is literally perfect."

"Travel plans changed twice and Steve and Aisling helped us arrive early and extend, across three apartments. We spent most of our time in the rooftop apartment with its incredible view over Funchal. Everything was spotless, the cleaning standard exceptional, and the nearby laundry service made a longer stay easy. Warm, caring hosts. We would happily stay again."
